Manchester born and raised, Cavell’ Stefan Coo began rapping in high school, just for fun, with his friends.
Not really looking to take rap serious, Cavell pursued his career as a professional footballer joining the famous Crewe Alexandra football Academy.

Into the second year of his scholarship, Cavell surrendered his heart to the Lord and began attending a local church.
Out of somewhat nowhere, Cavell was asked by the worship team to come up with a rap for one of the songs they were doing in the Sunday service..

After battling his nerves, Cavell agreed to do it and wrote his 1st 16bars for the Lord! To his surprise it went down well, and Cavell rekindled his passion for rap again. This time it was to bring glory to God.
Cavell began writing songs inspired by experiences, sermons and of course the Holy Spirit, performing in church, prisons, open mic events and various concerts.

In late 2015 Cavell began recording his first album! `Collaborating with Various local artists such as Breaker, Crown Freedom (Vital Signs) any many more Cavell finally released his long awaited debut album ‘Body Building’ on the 4th March 2017. With tracks such as BAMN, and Show Me The Way” Cavell has rocked Manchester, and now is the time to shake up the rest of the UK!
